Program Manager
Program Manager for the USAF MQ-9 Reaper Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) including the
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Ground Control Station (GCS), and Ground Support Equipment
(GSE). Responsible for development of new capabilities including software, hardware, manufacturing,
and production. Manage all phases of projects including acquisition, planning, and managing technical
performance to ensure budget, quality, and schedule objectives are attained. Responsible for programs
that require initial fielding of software, hardware, or a combination of both. Develop and submit
proposals to the customer. Act as primary contact for program issues.
• Managed the release of the currently fielded Operational Flight Program software
• Explicitly state and shape program scope of work
• Estimate and shape project budget and burn rate
• Monitor and refine Integrated Management Schedule
