(BIE) at Aramex International global support office(GSO)
Responsibilities:
 Setting up Key Performance Indicators; by developing “Microsoft Access” data base
Systems to analyze the inputs and measure the performance.
 Designing, developing and maintaining KPI’s reports and dashboards.
 Developing training materials and administering training sessions to stations
quality representatives and any new.
 Designing, automating and preparing regular Customers’ performance reports based on
their specific requirements and SLAs.
 Designing internal audits checklists and automating them by using "InfoPath"
program on SharePoint.
 Follow up on internal and external audits and ensuring compliance to company’s
standards and requirements.
 Responsible for ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001) implementation, preparations
and certification for all Aramex offices.
 Plan the annual objectives, projects and internal audits program for all BIEs in Aramex
stations.
 Developing a knowledge base system; to test all Aramex employees on their
basic business knowledge level.
 Conducting internal satisfaction surveys, analyze the results and develop action plans
based on the result analysis.
 Responsible for the corrective action system where all non-conformities found as internal
audit results should be logged assigned and closed properly.
 Responsible for Aramex Quality Management System (QMS), maintaining all
documents' versioning, revisions and documenting any new service or function.
2011 Internship at Almas Ceramics Corporation
Responsibilities:
Help calculating the total cost for each station of the production line in order to initiate the
ERP system for the manufacturing department, and go through the process of renewing the
ISO for the corporate.
