management, PPI and banking. Duties also include providing feedback
and support and report writing.

• Investigating and resolving FCA customer complaints for a major high street
bank.
2002 – March 2014 Royal London Plus - Sales Contact Centre Manager
 Setting up sales team and growing it from 3 to 8 consultants.
Significantly exceeding 2012 sales target, generating revenue of
£967,500 and in 2013 over £1M.
 Managing under performance, call standards and grades of service.
 Working with risk and compliance colleagues to ensure all sales
processes are compliant.
 Working closely with marketing team to introduce new products and

Checking submitted sales documentation to ensure compliance with
