1. 4O1! Creative, Weidenhammer's web design division, is the Philadelphia area's top creative
resource for web design & development, video production, print collateral and photography. We
are looking to add a Project Manager to our expanding team during a very exciting time!
In this position, the Project Manager will have the opportunity to:

- Work with our development team oversee the launch of all client websites, and help
maintain relationships with our long term web clients
- Help improve business processes by collaborating with customers, the development &
design teams, and other department managers
- Work with the business to develop and implement new web based technologies
- Recommend processes, procedures, exercises, technologies, workflows or anything else
they think will help increase productivity or profitability
- Use their professional experience and judgment to plan and accomplish company goals
- Communicate with and manage the expectations of key clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our management team in business process improvement effort
- Work with the sales and Marketing Team to define project requirements and technical
specifications so we can accurately estimate labor charges for contracts
- Communicate with the Design Team to ensure core functionality and special applications
live up to their original vision
- Help prioritize project deadlines and appropriately delegate tasks to Development Team
- Leads quality assurance for all work conducted by the Development Team
- Work with the Creative & Development team members and our client base to develop
best practices
- Help hire and manage freelance or contract labor to complete work overflows
- Pick up slack for the Design and Development teams when needed
