Project Manager – Digital Agency
We have a truly unique opportunity which has arisen for an ambitious project Manager to
work with a digital agency who is 100% devoted to technology.
The Project Manager will be joining a team working with a proven experience in usability,
design, and technology.
As Project Manager you will have an exciting role working with a global entertainment brand
helping to manage new websites and application builds.
As project Manager you will work closely with the client to develop world-class software and
experiences for global brands. Through complete ownership of new network requests and
having complete end to end responsibility of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
 Extremely client facing role so you will be building and managing client relationships
 Management of projects from concept through to delivery
 Write specifications for new functionality in conjunction with the client and the internal
team
 schedule work and manage internal teams to define and roll out the new functionality
 Management of project plans, budgets and other key project management
documentation tools
 Preparing budgets and maintenance of these
 Management of internal and external multi-disciplinary teams including;
 Creative
 schedule work and manage internal teams to define and roll out the new functionality
 champion project quality and help coordinate internal teams and software releases
with quality assurance in mind
 Business and technical resources.
Essential Skills
 Significant Project Management
 Understanding of agile (Scrum) Prince or Waterfall delivery processes
 Confident using Microsoft Office, Project, Visio
 Functional spec writing
 Excellent client management skills
 Agency project/industry experience
 Proven ability to deliver creative and technically challenging projects through the
whole project lifecycle.
 Experience of bug tracking software, prototyping software
