2. I used Photoshop to design my
magazine front cover, contents
page and double page spread.
This programme was beneficial
for me as I could change the
effects to make my magazine
more professional. I liked the fact
I could place my text and images
where I wanted them to go. Using
this programme I learnt about
how to make images look
professional by removing
backgrounds and changing
colours.

3. I used InDesign to add the text
to my double page spread. By
using InDesign it made my
double page look more
professional. I mainly learnt how
to line up text making it look
neat and organised and how to
insert columns into my work to
achieve a typical magazine
styled page.

items onto my blog such as
different research and
products. I also used
WordPress to upload my
work in an organised way
with a clear layout. The way
my blog is laid out makes it
easy for people who visit my
site to find the information
the want. I have learnt how

5. I used SlideRocket to
present my work in a
creative new way. I used
effects on my slides as it
made the slides more
interesting. SlideRocket is
more of an imaginative
way of presenting slides
rather than sticking to the
use of PowerPoint. I learnt
how to import images and
use effects on my text.

6. I used Prezi as a way I could
add movement to my work.
The programme allowed
me to clearly present my
work and to add and
remove frames if needed. I
enjoyed using Prezi as it
was a new way to show my
work on my blog which
contained lots of diversity.

with little hassle and
creative way to do so.

7. I used Xtranormal to present my
work with words and a cartoon, I
found this a creative way as you can
choice the character, the setting and
the voice that will be presented in
the work. By using this programme it
adds a different method of
presentation to my blog which
avoids the repetitiveness of written
work. I learnt by using this
programme how to add text which
will be turned into speaking, I also
learnt how to change aspects of my
character such as the speed of her
voice.

8. I used Flickr to annotate my work where I
wanted it to be placed. The annotations
would show up when I placed my mouse
over them. It lets me show people why I
chose certain things and how it attracts
my audience The main thing I learnt from
Flickr is new ways to add tags onto the
photos.
