Oral Surgery and Orthodontic Over the years I have been working approximately 3
Queen Elizabeth II Hospital days a week in the department as well as working for
Howlands myself. My responsibilities at QEII include Orthodontic
Welwyn Garden City and Oral Surgery work. During my time there I have
also passed my radiography exam which helps me in my
work outside the hospital.
1997 - 2001
H D S Recruitment Services For the past 4 years I have been doing agency work in
1st Floor the Hertfordshire area. I have worked in the Community
153 High Street Dental Services helping out Sarah Turner orthodontist.
Waltham Cross I have been working at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in
the Oral Surgery and Orthodontic Department as temp
nurse covering sick leave for the past year.

Links Dental Agency I work in lots of different practices, but mainly in
38 Barnfield Road St Albans. The practices I go into are NHS,
Welwyn Garden City Private, Orthodontics and local hospitals. On a regular basis
I have been working in GlaxoSmithKline, Stevenage in their
Dental Department, learning how a Dental team works in a
large company.

2. 1993 - 1997
Amwell Street Dental I was assistant to Mr Jackson, who had his own
Practice, Hoddesdon practice. His work was mostly in the private sector and
I also assisted him with his orthodontic work, first at
Whipps Cross Hospital and then at St Margaret's
Hospital Epping. I also worked for his hygienist when
necessary.
1989 - 1993
Long, Buchanan & Bishop I was assisting the practice's associates and
Hertford partners such as Mr Long. It is a group practice.
(Now Bishop, King & Gaigher) and this was a good basic training in all aspects of
NHS dentistry.
