Repetitive Motions)
Employee Work Stations
1. Designed to reduce excessive bending's and
stretching.
2. Should be Adjustable
3. Good housekeeping is extremely essential
4. Never stack items under your desk or on floor
5. Employee Cabinets should be properly arranged and doors must be
closed.
Stacking And Storage
1. Light objects must be stored on top
(high), And Heavier Objects must be
stored in the bottom (low), in Filing
Cabinets, Shelves and Storages.
2. Boxes, heavy objects should not be
kept above (On top Of) cabinets,
Shelves, window sills.
3. Walkaways should be clear and fire
fighting equipment's should be kept
unobstructed.
Work Area Lightening &
Illumination
1. Adjustable office lights should be used to
avoid any eye strains
2. Elimination of Glare and Reflections
3. Timely eye check up camp should be
organized
4. Office policy should include 5 minutes screen
break (Avoiding Computer screen for 5
Minutes) at least once in an hour.
