The Sterling Events, hereinafter the Event’s Organizer
OBJECT
Through this letter, the parties manifest their intention, established by common
agreement, to work together to organize an event which is the Byaheng
Tourismo which is described below.
The parties agree that a contract must be signed at least three (3) months before
the project begins. The client must undertake no expenditures related to
preparation of the project before the contract is signed, it being understood that
production of the project may be conditional on obtaining sufficient financial
resources.
If it is impossible for one of the parties to produce the project, this party undertakes
to inform the other party in writing as soon as possible.
The client, Tagbilaran City College, invites the organizer, The Sterling Events, in
the bidding of Byaheng Tourismo
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
A formal event which is called Byaheng Tourismo
PLANNED DATES AND SITE FOR THE PROJECT
The scope of this letter of intent ends upon signature by the parties of a contract
related to the project.

VI. MAKE AN EVENT BRIEF
The BYAHENG TOURISMO will be on Dec. 02, 2022 at Cogon Gymnasium to be
participated with the Bs Tourism Management from 1st year to 3rd year. These event
aims to understand and the opportunity of the industry. There will be a pageant and
seminar happened on the said event. There will be an awarding for the Mr and Ms
Tourism Personality
There will be different working committee for the success of BYAHENG TOURISMO
and we will outline these committees in separate post. This different working
