 Take safety rounds, find out unsafe acts & unsafe conditions, and take the corrective & necessary action.
 Conducting monthly HSE meeting with the top management of the company.
 Prepare Emergency Preparedness plan for all the Projects.
 Conduct regular Training/Mock Drill for all the Employees at different site once in a month.
 Ensuring the Contractors is Followed PERMIT TO WORK SYSTEM for all activities.

prevent the similar type accidents
