Job Responsibilities:
 Frequently Communicate with Management about the status of health and safety
programs.
 Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the worker before the work start.
 Inspect the work place and involve talking with workers and observing their work, as
well as inspecting elements in their work environment, such as lighting, tools, and
equipment.
 Checking the safety procedure of PPE, excavation, confined space , scaffoldings, hot
works equipments , lifting and working heights and housekeeping
 Submit daily report / observation report to the supervisor and discuss the
improvements of the area.
 To help the management to implements the safety rules of the company and project.
 Test and identify work areas for potential accident and health hazards, such toxic
vapors, mold, mildew, and explosive gas-air mixture and help implement appropriate
measures, such as adjustment to ventilation systems.
 Attend regular meeting with HSE manager to discuss the safety issue within the area.
 Assist Safety Manager in carrying out his duties and responsibilities.
 Assist safety manager in conducting full investigation of accident and incident,
including near misses, Determine probable causes, enforces appropriate permanent
prevention measures.

4.  Ensure corrective action are made and implemented.
 Coordinate safety committee meetings.
 Carries out daily survey to ensure safety work methods are in operation, adequate fire
and fall protection are in place, welfare and fist aid facilities are maintained.
 Ensuring that all employees wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard
hat, safety spectacles and safety shoes are mandatory for all personnel at work site.
 Monitor and advise on the proper adherence of safety and health protection programs
standard procedures and regulation.
 Conducting Health and Safety Training regarding Fire Fighting, emergency response
and rescue procedures.
 Coordinate with site Engineer regarding with job safety analysis.
 Constantly inspect the job site daily for the purpose of discovering hazardous
conditions and unsafe practice.
 Keep record for all safety meetings.
 Check the permit and the attachments daily before the work start.
 Submitte a daily report to the safety manager regarding in what you see/observe in the
job site.
 Conduct safety briefing to a newly hired worker.
 Ensure proper issuance of work permit before starting the work.
 Providing support to site supervisor to conduct weekly safety meeting and daily
safety toolbox meeting.
 Fire presentation and advising management the employee training needs and
occupational safety.
 Ensure the confined space is safety before entering and all the worker is qualify on
the work.
 Ensure the Excavation is proper guided; the right method should you will be used.
 All drivers are with valid driver license before they drive the vehicles.
 Make sure that all rigger is qualified to rig according to its weight of the load he rigs.
 Ensure the machine/the equipment is checked before the lifting is start.
 The employee should be warn before they leave the work they maintain the work
place clean .Housekeeping should occur.
 In hot work, ensure that the fire stinguisher is beside you and use fire blanket if
needed.
