PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL (PPC)
 Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling and Execution of business plan.
 Planning and Execution of monthly and daily shipment plan for on time delivery to customer.

 Setting Min- Max level for all the items and reviewing it every quarter for better Inventory Control.

PROCUREMENT PLANNING
