Standardized business processes through implementation of Computerized Maintenance
Management Software (CMMS) saving over the company over $1MM in the first year of
implementation.
Managed build and implementation of fully integrated mission critical Lumber Business system
software replacing manual methods with standardized and secure business processes and systems
creating efficiencies for Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Management. Enhanced
customer credit management features including alerts indicating at risk customers reduced business
risk exposure.
Initiated and led design and build of enhanced lumber business system product costing features and
consolidation of three business systems into one resulting in value add decision making and
improved profit margins.
Led development effort to create PLC Process Control Software improving operational flexibility,
inventory accuracy, data quality, and KPIs and performance monitoring significantly reducing
manufacturing costs.
Managed implementation of Kronos time keeping software and time clocks consolidating 3
timekeeping systems into one with full integration to HR/payroll systems yielding a single source for
employee time, attendance, and PTO balances, accuracy and timely payrolls, and improved
efficiency for employees, supervisors, managers, HR and payroll.
Direct activities to create or implement various mobile field data collection applications resulting in
reduced data redundancy, improving data accuracy, operational efficiency, and reduced overhead.
Managed, created and/or directed activities in rolling out various software solutions to create
efficiencies, reduce costs, mitigate risks, meet governmental regulatory compliance and reporting
objectives, and improve overall business cohesiveness around land management, timber harvesting,
contract management, and government regulated compliance monitoring.
