· Role as Junior Leader Mentor as part of Bravo Company 636 MI Battalion. Key responsibilities included mentoring and
training of troops to prepare for deployment and ongoing development of skills once in theater.

this training program there was an emphasis on learning the business from the ground up. By starting in the warehouse
and moving to counter sales it provided the opportunity to learn every phase of the business. During this time there
was also an emphasis on manager development including training in credit, operations, and branch management. This
opportunity also allowed the growth of confidence, leadership skills, and ever increasing product knowledge. This has
led directly to my success as an inside sales associate.

· Key responsibilities include operation of a Chlorine Plant, including operation of Hydrogen processing, Chlorine
Processing, Bleach plant,and the manufacture of EDC. Position included taking readings, adjusting flows,
troubleshooting equipment,and the taking of field samples. Basic laboratory work that dealt with the various processes
in a Chlor/Alkali Unit. Qualification as a field operator. Basic repairs to equipment,replacing valves, gauges, and
