6.  A feature groove wall spanning the entire length of the residential lift lobby created
by imitating the floor plans and connecting corridor, of the flats that this
lobby(residential lift lobby 1 – north east) caters to.
 Conscious allocation of vacant frames for any portraits/pictures/awards the
residents choose to display in the lobby.
 Complimentary lighting to accentuate the grooves in the wall and offsets in the
lobby; with the use of light and shadow.

CONVERTING THE TRANSITIONAL SPACE INTO AN INTERACTIVE SPACE WITH A CUSTOM GROOVE DESIGN

the residential lift lobby created by imitating the
floor plans and connecting corridor, of the flats that
this lobby(Residential lift lobby North East) caters to.

8. DISGUISE THE NARROWNESS
 By segregating the false ceiling and wall paneling at strategic points, The narrowness is brought down and the fire door is integrated into the lobby, all
the while without obstructing any movement through it.
