6. Aumento della coaptazione

Bulking intrauretrale
diretta (vedo dove inietto, vedo quanto inietto, vedo cosa
succede dopo aver iniettato)

per la procedura endoscopica del trattamento dell'incontinenza urinaria
femminile da sforzo con Macroplastique®.

10. The Cochrane group felt the available trials were small,
generally of only moderate quality, and the limited data
available were not suitable for meta-analysis in view of the
wide confidence intervals around all estimates…
If urethral bulking agents are to be used, women should be
made aware that repeat injections are likely to be required
to achieve efficacy, that efficacy diminished with time… (ICI
2012)

11. LONG TERM EFFICACY OF BULKING THERAPY: IS IT REALLY
NECESSARY TO REPEAT INJECTIONS? A RETROSPECTIVE STUDY.

13. Adjustable Continence Therapy (ACTTM) for treatment of stress urinary
incontinence in women: 14 years-single centre experience and long-term results
Giammò Alessandro, Ammirati Enrico, Bodo Gianni, Carone Roberto
63 female patients suffering of SUI from 2008 to 2014
64 % of patients had already undergone SUI surgical treatment: 70%
urethral bulking therapy, 25% TVT/TOT sling positioning, 28% Burch
colposuspension, 5 % neuromodulation and 5% botulinum toxin
injection.
Follow up ranges from 3 months to 68 months with at least one third of
pa-tients having a follow up of more than 36 months.
27,9 % were dry, 18% used only a safety pad during the day, 9,8 % were
improved (urine loss reduced > 50%), 6,6 % had minimal benefit (urine
loss reduced < 50%) and 37,7 %had no benefit.
