Share to facebook automatically as you approve requests and embed GIVINGtrax as a branded corporate giving or community support page on your website or in Facebook.   8. Businesses may choose to use the “We Give Back” or “We Care” icon with the hands logo, or our own branded “We Care” program logo to share your community support as an App in Facebook.
  9. Your Facebook fans can view your community support, recent donations that were publically shared and impact stories within your facebook page.
  10. When you check the box to share to Facebook during the approval of a request, GIVINGtrax posts a “thank you for your support” post from the recipient nonprofit. Your fans can click on the post to see your branded community page.
  11. Branded Pages in GIVINGtrax share your community support, giving criteria, latest donations & sponsorships and impact stories received.
  12. To reduce the sheer volume of inbound requests, GIVINGtrax allows you to create giving criteria that act as filters, include geo-location or zones around your locations. These can map to trade areas by zip code or be dialed down to a 1 mile radius.You may also select how you prefer to give and the types of causes you support.
  13. GIVINGtrax makes it easy to manage multiple locations. You can set & replicate just about anything, allowing you to set corporate controls, but engage locally and connect with the communities you serve.Multiple budgets can be set and applied to approved donations, sponsorships, grants & employee matched giving. Four custom budget fields can be added. If more are needed, just ask.Donation & grant requests can be reassigned to any location, region, or to the Foundation.Option for B-B and Consumer Businesses:Often, Donation Requests for community giving and sponsorships comes from customers (consumers and other businesses, alike). GIVINGtrax provides capabilities to track customers asking for donations on behalf of nonprofits/schools. You can toggle this capability on / off in the permissions settings. When you toggle this permission “on”, customers can submit a request on behalf of the nonprofit or school. The individual or business first registers, then submits the donation request form. If the nonprofit/school is not already registered, they will be contacted to complete their profile and go through validation. GIVINGtrax places your logo on the customers’ dashboard and their public page as a giving partner. When the donation is approved, the customer seeking the request is automatically notified and encouraged to share your support through social media.

  15. Robust Reporting & Analytics. View cumulative reports for all locations or filter by desired location. Clicking on a section in the “pie” opens a window to view & export the underlying data.
