TAR-1904 Release of Earnest Money – No contract self-terminates there must be a
Release of Earnest Money to not only assign payment of funds being released but to
release liability for all parties involved.
The contract is still valid until the Release of Earnest Money is signed by all parties.
TAR-1902 Notice of Buyers Termination of Contract – Reviewed the possible reasons
a contract could terminate under this form as well as possibilities for (6) which could
include job loss on the part of the buyer. Preventing them to perform on the contract.
