and/or financing pre-approval letters for all offers made on your property.

o Coordinate with the title company and cooperating agent to ensure all
timelines and due dates are honored
o Verify receipt of escrow by the title company
o Coordinate with buyer’s agent to schedule: inspections, surveys and
appraisals
o Prepare addendums if needed
o Update all parties involved in the transaction as needed
