• One of the best ways to get more listings – drop off flyers by the
homes surrounding the Open House the day before. The flyer
would personally invite neighbors to the Open House and give
neighbors an opportunity to win $2500!!! This one
technique has landed many listings!!!
• If you have scheduled a home to be held open April 12, be sure
to get an understanding from sellers “if your home receives a
contract between now and the date of the Open House, please
allow us to proceed with the Open House to market for back-ups
in the event the contract falls through.”
