Congress is not protesting

CM Yogi opens plethora of
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ISRAEL
Israeli cooperation
to make UP better
“We are working on a plan to modernise our police
force. Israel can help us in this work. Israel can also be
a good ally in strengthening of forensic labs,” Yogi said.
First India Bureau
Lucknow: Chief Minis-
ter Yogi Adityanath
said on Monday that In-
dia Israel relations have
touched new heights in
recent years and UP is
ready to play its posi-
tive role in. the better-
ment of mutual rela-
tions between the two
countries.
The Chief Minister
said that with the coop-
eration of Israel, two
Centers of Excellence
were established in Bas-
ti and Kannauj districts
of Uttar Pradesh, both
of which are achieving
success in their objec-
tives.
He said that our plan
is to establish a new
Center of Excellence in
the field of horticulture
and vegetable produc-
tion. In this work also
we will get necessary
cooperation from Isra-
el, he added.
The CM made these
statement while meet-
ing an Israeli govern-
ment delegation led by
Israel’s Ambassador
Naor Gilon here at his
official residence on
Monday morning.
During the meeting,
the Ambassador of Is-
rael congratulated
Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath on his un-
precedented victory in
the recent assembly
elections.

trial Corridor being es-
tablished in Uttar
Pradesh is full of in-
vestment opportunities
for Israel.
“We have huge land,
adequate human re-
source. We are provid-
ing all necessary re-
sources to the investor
companies interested in
defense production.
This is a good platform
for Israel. Israel has
good experience in
drone and anti-drone
technology and it
should be considered
for investment in the
UP Defence Industrial
Corridor,” he added.
CM Yogi meets Israel’s Ambassador Naor Gilon at Lok Bhawan on Monday.

During the talks, Ambassador Naor Gilone said

in many areas. In the near future, Israel is going to

With 13 new distilleries, UP
all set to increase revenues
First India Bureau
Lucknow: In a move
that will not only fur-
ther increase the
state’srevenuethrough
liquor but also will de-
velop Uttar Pradesh as
the ‘hub’ of distiller-
ies, as many as 13 new
distillery plants are be-
ing set up with an in-
vestment of Rs 20,000
crore.
Owing to the sus-
tained efforts of Chief
Minister Yogi Adity-
anath at reforming the
field of excise through
various policies and
making it free from the
dominance of liquor
mafia, in the coming
days, the state will be-
come an exporter of
liquor and will also
provide liquor to other
states and countries.
It is worth stating
that in the last five
years, the number of
distilleries increased
from 61 to 78 with an
investment of about Rs
6500 crores.
Due to this, the alco-
hol production capac-
ity of the state has
increased from 170 to
270 crore bulk liters
and the production of
ethanol also went up
from 42 to 115 crore
bulk liters.
It may be recalled
that PM Narendra
Modi, recently laid the
foundation stone of 13
distillery plants to be
set up with an invest-
ment of Rs 20,000
crores in the ground
breaking ceremony
.
Twodistilleryplants

Allahabad HC calls Mukhtar
Ansari ‘a dreaded and white
collared criminal’, denies bail
First India Bureau
Lucknow: While deny-
ing bail to former MLA
Mukhtar Ansari, in
connection with a case
of misappropriation of
vidhayak nidhi fund in
the year 2012-13, the Al-
lahabad High Court on
Monday called Ansari a
“dreaded and white
colored criminal, an in-
terstate mafia and can-
ker in society”.
‘It is indeed an as-
tounding and more
amusing angle of the
issue, that a person hav-
ing more than 50 plus
criminal cases to his
credit of various varie-
ties, has managed his
affairs in such a way
that he has not received
a single conviction or-
der against him. In fact
it is a slur and challenge
to the judicial system
that such a dreaded and
‘white colored’ criminal
in the field of crime
goes undefeated and
unabated,’ the court ob-
served.
While denying bail to
Mukhtar Ansari, Jus-
tice Rahul Chaturvedi
of Allahabad High
Court observed that An-
sari is prima facie, a
culprit of swindling the
public money entrusted
to him by way of ‘Vid-
hayak Nidhi’ and has
distributed to his own
near and dear ones in
the name of alleged
construction of a new
educational institution,
and denied him bail.

Actually, due to its

FEAR OF RATE
HIKE BY US FED,
PULLOUT BY FPIS
SPOOKS SENSEX
merican dollar got
stronger on Monday
with one greenback
now worth Rs 78.04.
The Sensex crashed
over 1400 points wiping out hun-
dreds of crores of investors’
money. Foreign investors are
wary of the prevailing econom-
ic situation globally and in the
US and have pulled out Rs 14,000
crore in the month of June. The
turmoil is on account fear that
the US Federal Reserve will
hike interest rates by 50 basis
points to fight the rising infla-
tion. The American economy is
under stress due to inflation
with gas selling at USD 5 a gal-
lon, an all time high. Situation
is no better in the UK where rate
hike has been effected four
times as the economy continues
to deteriorate.
The RBI is also set to increase
the borrowing rate given that
the inflation is expected to rise
to 7.5 percent in the first quarter
of FY23, an uncomfortable situ-
ation to be in. The rising inter-
est rates have, interestingly, not
hit credit offtake.

the National Herald case.
Calling it satyagraha, senior
Congress leaders marched

Rahul Gandhi but were de-
tained on the way and loaded

Rahul Gandhi meanwhile
reached the ED office to face
the grilling. His mother So-
nia Gandhi being in hospital
will appear before the ED
later. The outcome of the
case will determine the fu-
ture of the Congress party
and the country’s politics.
The case was brought by
BJP MP Subramaniam Swa-
my who alleged that the Gan-
dhis had misused party funds
to buy the firm publishing
the National Herald newspa-
per which was started by
Jawaharlal Nehru in 1937.
Published by Associated

holders. With Nehru’s fa-
mous “Freedom is in peril,
defend it with all your might”
as its catch-line, National
Herald played an important
role in the freedom move-
ment. The Gandhis deny they
have done anything wrong. It
slipped into bad days due to
mismanagement by some of
Indira Gandhi’s trusted
aides. Its stock fell along with
that of the Congress and the
newspaper faced closure.
The ED’s questioning of
Rahul Gandhi continued for
about 6 hours and the pro-
testers also remained in de-
tention for the same period.
In the meantime the two po-
litical parties exchanged
barbs. The BJP ridiculed
Congress leaders for their
protests, while Congress ac-
cused the BJP of using probe

RISING INDIA — A 21ST
CENTURY GROWTH STORY
n the last decade of its exist-
ence, India’s international
image has been on a consist-
ent path of widening reach
and clout. Along with it, In-
dia has witnessed a massive
increase in its security capa-
bilities and cyber security
potential as well.
As a result, the last half a
decade particularly has seen a
significant decline in inci-
dents of terrorism and pre-
carious law and order situa-
tionsintheborderareasof the
country
.Achangeinapproach
at GoI level from the top lead-
ership to the grassroots ad-
ministration has involved a
reset towards the India First
model, which has thrust India
into global spotlight for its
strong will and effective deci-
sion-making.Whetheritisthe
decision to abrogate Article
370 and repeal of 35 A from
Jammu,KashmirandLadakh
or the decision to make our
foreign policy much more
pragmatic, there has been a
new impetus to the security
capabilities of the nation. Sig-
nificant steps have been taken
towards empowering the de-
fence sector with indigenous
production as well as an
upgradation of existing bor-
der infrastructure.
Together, these steps have
ensured that India is signifi-
cantly better prepared to
meet challenges of the 21st
century
. After 72 years of in-
dependence, Articles 370 and
35A were abrogated to ensure
uniformity of development
across Jammu, Kashmir and
Ladakh along with other
parts of the country
.
In the short period since
then, 63 projects have been
completed under develop-
ment package to the tune of
Rs 80,068 crores. In addition,
a new industrial develop-
ment scheme has been
launched to ensure function-
al tap connections as well as
the implementation of the
PM Jan Aarogya Yojana to
those benefiting. These have
been implemented in addi-
tion to over 100 projects un-
der the Smart City Mission
that have already seen the
light of day
.
In addition to the same,
there has been a strong boost
to the infrastructure on bor-
ders. Between 2014 and 2021,
a total of 6,763 km of roads
and 15,000 bridges have been
constructed in the erstwhile
state of Jammu Kashmir
that has now become a union
territory
. When coupled with
the recently-clarified role
and power of the armed forc-
es to procure weaponry on its
own, it helps our forces effec-
tively secure our borders
with greater ease.
New financial powers have
been granted to the com-
manding-level officers of the
three services to clear pro-
jects up to Rs. 100 and 200
crores to make it easier for
them. This is in line with the
massive amount of Rs. 1.52
lakh crores that have already
been announced for the mod-
ernization and procurement
within the armed forces.
Along with the large-scale
procurement that has taken
place since with S-400 air
missile systems from Russia
to Shishumar-class subma-
rines from Germany, there
has also been a significant
upgrade in the indigenous
manufacturing of ammuni-
tion in the country with K9
Vajra, Dhanush and Sharang
guns taking place.
The Defence Procurement
Policy of 2016 was the first
fundamental step towards
bringing about a change in
the approach as well as out-
look towards procurement.
By virtue of the same, de-
spite our historic reliance on
other countries for procure-
ments, India has been able to
climb up towards being one
among the top 25 arms ex-
porters of the world.
In essence, around 70 per
cent of the total capital pro-
curement budget has been
earmarked for the domestic
industry for the upcoming
financial year as well. In ad-
dition, India has grown in its
stature with various partner-
ships like the Vaccine Maitri,
the International Solar Alli-
ance, the Coalition for Resil-
ient Disaster Infrastructure
and other international
agreements as well.
The important strategic
partnership of the QUAD
group along with the United
States, Japan and Australia
have ensured that there is ad-
equate protection of the In-
dian security interests given
the threat of Chinese expan-
sionism through the seas and
Border and Road Initiative
(BRI) Project.
India’s renewed signifi-
cance is also evident from the
fact that most Western coun-
tries have renamed the re-
gion to be Indo-Pacific in-
stead of the erstwhile Asia-
Pacific, in their official com-
munication protocols to sig-
nify the importance of Indi-
an subcontinent. At the
same, fully aware of its du-
ties and responsibilities, In-
dia has been able to help
other nations in evacuation
efforts from war-torn
Ukraine and during the pan-
demic also.
Though providing human-
itarian aid regularly has al-
ways remained a characteris-
tic feature of the Indian for-
eign policy, the same has
been handled in a much more
structured manner over the
last few years. Source: ANI

There are significant leaps

small but significant events
like the International Yoga

impressive testament to the

Therefore, thoughts here are
evidently measures to be
taken further and
milestones to be achieved
naturally. It is also crystal
clear that there is a renewed
energy among the masses of
the country. This could be a
new and rejuvenated India
in the making indeed.

BULLDOZER POLITICS TAKES
AGGRESSIVE TURN IN STATE
First India Bureau
Lucknow The use of
bulldozers to fix ac-
cused has taken an ag-
gressive turn following
clashes on June 3 and
10. The authorities have
so far demolished
around half a dozen
houses of accused mas-
terminding violence in
Prayagraj, Kanpur and
Saharanpur.
The use of bulldozers
against accused has
thus assumed serious
dimension during the
last few years with gov-
ernment claiming that
action was being taken
only against violators
of rule of law. It all
started during previous
regime of Yogi Aditya-
nath (2017-22) when the
police started bulldoz-
ers against land mafiosi
and other criminals.
Even the police used the
machine for the surren-
der of absconding crim-
inals.
The CM, earned his
new tag of “Bulldozer
Baba” after the
heavy-duty machine
meant for construction
work started rolling out
in various parts of the
state against the prop-
erties of criminals
during previous BJP
regime.
Reviewing law and
order situation after
Friday clashes the chief
minister has told the of-
ficers that stern action
against the perpetra-
tors of violence should
be taken so that none
dares to commit such
offence in future.

SAYS SP SUPPORTING RIOTERS
Lucknow: The saffron
brigade has epitomised
the use of the bulldozer
as a symbol of Yogi as a
“strongman”. They have
claimed that a strong
man like Yogi could only
resort to this mecha-
nism to establish rule of
law. The issue has also
snowballed into major
political controversy
with BJP and main
opposition Samajwadi
Party sparring over
police-led bulldozer
action in Prayagraj,
Saharanpur and other
places. While DyCM Ke-
shav Prasad Maurya has
accused the SP of “sup-
porting rioters” SP chief
Akhilesh Yadav, attacked
the BJP for disrespect-
ing people’s right to
democratic and peaceful
demonstrations. Yadav
said on one hand the
BJP government had
provided security to
those responsible for vi-
tiating atmosphere and
on the other “Ravana
roopi” (Ravana like)
bulldozers were being
used to trample “Ram
Rajya” without any fair
judicial trial.
Maya slams razing of house of accused in Prayagraj
Lucknow (PTI):
Flaying the demoli-
tion of the house of
an accused in the
Prayagraj violence
case, BSP chief
Mayawati on Monday
said an atmosphere of
“fear and terror” has
been created and that
the courts should take
cognisance.
The former CM
also demanded that
former BJP function-
aries Nupur Sharma
and Naveen Jindal,
whose remarks
against Prophet
sparked protests
should be arrested. In
a series of tweets in
Hindi, Mayawati said,
“By targeting a par-
ticular community,
doing demolition us-
ing bulldozer, other
malicious aggressive
actions, crushing the
protest, an atmos-
phere of fear and ter-
ror has been created.
This is unfair and un-
just. The court must
take cognisance of
the faulty action of
targeting the entire
family by demolish-
ing the houses.”
Her remarks came a
day after the Praya-
graj Development Au-
thority (PDA) demol-
ished the house of the
alleged mastermind
of the June 10 vio-
lence here amid heavy
police deployment.
The building map
of the house of the ac-
cused, Javed Ahmad,
had not been approved
by the PDA, according
to an official of the
agency. Mayawati fur-
ther said, “The root
cause of the problem
is Nupur Sharma and
Naveen Kumar Jin-
dal, due to which the
honour of the country
was affected and vio-
lence broke out, why
no action has been
initiated against
them, and why the
government ridiculed
the rule of law? Not
sending both the ac-
cused to jail yet is
grossly biased and un-
fortunate. Immediate
arrest is required,”
she said.
The BSP chief also
said, “The govern-
ment has disregarded
rules, and carried out
bulldozer demolition
action in a hasty man-
ner.”

Lucknow: The

also apprehensive
about their future

While these develop-

again put a question
mark on the SP’s ex-

also led to discus-

THE COSMETIC BEAUTY AND SURGERY PLAY AN IMPORTANT PART IN MODERN WORLD. CITY
FIRST BRINGS TO YOU THE INFORMATION ABOUT CURRENT PLASTIC BEAUTY STANDARDS!
he medical
industry is
a c h i e v i n g
f a n t a s t i c
a c h i e v e -
ments as a
result of new
inventions and tech-
nical improvements.
Plastic and cosmetic
surgery is becoming
increasingly popular
among beauty enthu-
siasts. Cosmetic sur-
gery is a type of sur-
gery used to improve
a person’s look. It
should be approached
with prudence.
Radiofrequency and
laser facials are two
popularplasticsurgery
trends that enhance a
person’s appearance.
To learn more about
the excellent cosmetic
surgery trends for
2021, read the entire
article and dive into
each one to achieve a
fabulous look.
According to the
American Society of
Plastic Surgeons,
Americans spent $16.5
billion on cosmetic
surgery and minimal-
ly invasive procedures
in 2018. Chemical
peels, microderma-
brasion, wrinkle treat-
ment injections, and
other less invasive
procedures are among
the most popular.
WHAT IS THE
MAIN DISTINC-
TION BETWEEN
PLASTIC AND
COSMETIC SUR-
GERY?
Plastic surgery focus-
es on the reconstruc-
tion of body and face
deformities caused by
burns, sickness, birth
defects, trauma, and
other factors. It’s de-
signed to enhance
malfunctioning re-
gions of the body
while also assuring a
natural-looking re-
construction.
Cosmetic surgery,
on the other hand, is
a speciality of medi-
cine that focuses on
improving appear-
ance through medical
and surgical treat-
ments. It can be worn
on any portion of the
body, including the
neck, head, and other
parts. In 2017, the
United States had the
largest number of
cosmetic procedures
in the world, with
over four million pro-
cedures. In the recent
decade, the number
of surgical and non-
surgical cosmetic pro-
cedures has surged in
the United States. But
these days South Ko-
rea has become major
hub of beauty prod-
ucts and most pref-
ered costemic surger-
ical country. It has
become sensation in
South Korea since in
the beginning of
twenty first century.
Which has made Ko-
rea, the one country
with highest rate of
plastic surgeries in
the world than any
other country in the
world, with more
than 74 procedures
per 10,000 people.
A revised version
of what huge multi-
national labels had
been delivering up to
that point, suited to
local tastes, revital-
ised, and rich in var-
ied influences, par-
ticularly Japanese.
And, because to this
unique and inventive
offer, the Land of the
Morning Calm has
lately surpassed
France and the Unit-
ed States as the
world’s third-largest
cosmetics exporter.
PLATELET-RICH
PLASMA (PRP)
Continuous hair fall
is one of the common
problems faced by
most of the world
globally. And platelet-
rich plasma is now
considered a standard
protocol for hair
growth; the proce-
dure involves inject-
ing platelet-rich plas-
ma from the body into
the scalp to repair
damaged hair folli-
cles, that encourages
thicker and fuller
growth.
The treatment’s
mechanism of injec-
tion protocols are be-
ing demystified daily;
this cosmetic surgery
trend is continuously
expanding. Adjuvant
therapy to lasers and
stand-alone injecta-
ble is being used to
gain traction and is
expected to grow con-
tinually in the up-
coming year.
HAIR TRANS-
PLANTATIONS
Hair transplantation
is one of the signifi-
cant kinds of cosmetic
surgery
, helping you to
renew hair growth
easily without any
particular issues. Dur-
ing the process, tiny
hair follicles are col-
lected from the back
of the scalp, in the
part where the hair
tends to be denser. It’s
ten transplanted using
the minute incisions
to those areas of the
scalp that are afflicted
by hair loss.
Most patients need
multiple sessions to
achieve a fantastic re-
sult as per their de-
sire. After almost six
weeks, the hair that
was transplanted us-
ing the surgery will
fall, but it’s not the
bothering one as new
hair will grow in its
place within three
months. Individuals
who want to leverage
the advantage need to
avoid smoking and to-
bacco use simultane-
ously, as it can affect
the wound healing.

SPIRITUAL SPEAK Know from the rivers in clefts and in crevices: those in small channels flow noisily, the great flow silent. Whatever’s not full makes noise. Whatever is full is quiet. —Buddha IN-DEPTH FEAR OF RATE HIKE BY US FED, PULLOUT BY FPIS SPOOKS SENSEX merican dollar got stronger on Monday with one greenback now worth Rs 78.04. The Sensex crashed over 1400 points wiping out hun- dreds of crores of investors’ money. Foreign investors are wary of the prevailing econom- ic situation globally and in the US and have pulled out Rs 14,000 crore in the month of June. The turmoil is on account fear that the US Federal Reserve will hike interest rates by 50 basis points to fight the rising infla- tion. The American economy is under stress due to inflation with gas selling at USD 5 a gal- lon, an all time high. Situation is no better in the UK where rate hike has been effected four times as the economy continues to deteriorate. The RBI is also set to increase the borrowing rate given that the inflation is expected to rise to 7.5 percent in the first quarter of FY23, an uncomfortable situ- ation to be in. The rising inter- est rates have, interestingly, not hit credit offtake. TOP TWEETS A ongress leaders turned up in large numbers to put up huge protests pri- or to Rahul Gan- dhi’s appearance before the Enforcement Directorate in the National Herald case. Calling it satyagraha, senior Congress leaders marched towards ED office along with Rahul Gandhi but were de- tained on the way and loaded into buses and taken to the Tughlaq Road police station. Rahul Gandhi meanwhile reached the ED office to face the grilling. His mother So- nia Gandhi being in hospital will appear before the ED later. The outcome of the case will determine the fu- ture of the Congress party and the country’s politics. The case was brought by BJP MP Subramaniam Swa- my who alleged that the Gan- dhis had misused party funds to buy the firm publishing the National Herald newspa- per which was started by Jawaharlal Nehru in 1937. Published by Associated Journals Limited it had 5000 freedom fighters as its share- holders. With Nehru’s fa- mous “Freedom is in peril, defend it with all your might” as its catch-line, National Herald played an important role in the freedom move- ment. The Gandhis deny they have done anything wrong. It slipped into bad days due to mismanagement by some of Indira Gandhi’s trusted aides. Its stock fell along with that of the Congress and the newspaper faced closure. The ED’s questioning of Rahul Gandhi continued for about 6 hours and the pro- testers also remained in de- tention for the same period. In the meantime the two po- litical parties exchanged barbs. The BJP ridiculed Congress leaders for their protests, while Congress ac- cused the BJP of using probe agencies as a weapon. RAHUL GANDHI FACES GRILLING ROUNDS Calling it satyagraha, senior Congress leaders marched towards ED office along with Rahul but were detained on way and loaded into buses and taken to Tughlaq Road police station C RISING INDIA — A 21ST CENTURY GROWTH STORY n the last decade of its exist- ence, India’s international image has been on a consist- ent path of widening reach and clout. Along with it, In- dia has witnessed a massive increase in its security capa- bilities and cyber security potential as well. As a result, the last half a decade particularly has seen a significant decline in inci- dents of terrorism and pre- carious law and order situa- tionsintheborderareasof the country .Achangeinapproach at GoI level from the top lead- ership to the grassroots ad- ministration has involved a reset towards the India First model, which has thrust India into global spotlight for its strong will and effective deci- sion-making.Whetheritisthe decision to abrogate Article 370 and repeal of 35 A from Jammu,KashmirandLadakh or the decision to make our foreign policy much more pragmatic, there has been a new impetus to the security capabilities of the nation. Sig- nificant steps have been taken towards empowering the de- fence sector with indigenous production as well as an upgradation of existing bor- der infrastructure. Together, these steps have ensured that India is signifi- cantly better prepared to meet challenges of the 21st century . After 72 years of in- dependence, Articles 370 and 35A were abrogated to ensure uniformity of development across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh along with other parts of the country . In the short period since then, 63 projects have been completed under develop- ment package to the tune of Rs 80,068 crores. In addition, a new industrial develop- ment scheme has been launched to ensure function- al tap connections as well as the implementation of the PM Jan Aarogya Yojana to those benefiting. These have been implemented in addi- tion to over 100 projects un- der the Smart City Mission that have already seen the light of day . In addition to the same, there has been a strong boost to the infrastructure on bor- ders. Between 2014 and 2021, a total of 6,763 km of roads and 15,000 bridges have been constructed in the erstwhile state of Jammu Kashmir that has now become a union territory . When coupled with the recently-clarified role and power of the armed forc- es to procure weaponry on its own, it helps our forces effec- tively secure our borders with greater ease. New financial powers have been granted to the com- manding-level officers of the three services to clear pro- jects up to Rs. 100 and 200 crores to make it easier for them. This is in line with the massive amount of Rs. 1.52 lakh crores that have already been announced for the mod- ernization and procurement within the armed forces. Along with the large-scale procurement that has taken place since with S-400 air missile systems from Russia to Shishumar-class subma- rines from Germany, there has also been a significant upgrade in the indigenous manufacturing of ammuni- tion in the country with K9 Vajra, Dhanush and Sharang guns taking place. The Defence Procurement Policy of 2016 was the first fundamental step towards bringing about a change in the approach as well as out- look towards procurement. By virtue of the same, de- spite our historic reliance on other countries for procure- ments, India has been able to climb up towards being one among the top 25 arms ex- porters of the world. In essence, around 70 per cent of the total capital pro- curement budget has been earmarked for the domestic industry for the upcoming financial year as well. In ad- dition, India has grown in its stature with various partner- ships like the Vaccine Maitri, the International Solar Alli- ance, the Coalition for Resil- ient Disaster Infrastructure and other international agreements as well. The important strategic partnership of the QUAD group along with the United States, Japan and Australia have ensured that there is ad- equate protection of the In- dian security interests given the threat of Chinese expan- sionism through the seas and Border and Road Initiative (BRI) Project. India’s renewed signifi- cance is also evident from the fact that most Western coun- tries have renamed the re- gion to be Indo-Pacific in- stead of the erstwhile Asia- Pacific, in their official com- munication protocols to sig- nify the importance of Indi- an subcontinent. At the same, fully aware of its du- ties and responsibilities, In- dia has been able to help other nations in evacuation efforts from war-torn Ukraine and during the pan- demic also. Though providing human- itarian aid regularly has al- ways remained a characteris- tic feature of the Indian for- eign policy, the same has been handled in a much more structured manner over the last few years. Source: ANI I There are significant leaps still to be made for the historic civilization that is on the brink of a demographic dividend, small but significant events like the International Yoga Day being celebrated across 177 countries are truly a impressive testament to the Indian soft power. Therefore, thoughts here are evidently measures to be taken further and milestones to be achieved naturally. It is also crystal clear that there is a renewed energy among the masses of the country. This could be a new and rejuvenated India in the making indeed. In the short period since then, 63 projects have been completed under development package to the tune of `80,068 crore. In addition, a new industrial development scheme has been launched to ensure functional tap connections as well as implementation of the PM Jan Aarogya Yojana to those benefiting

The authorities have so far demolished around half a dozen houses of accused mas- terminding violence in Prayagraj, Kanpur and Saharanpur. The use of bulldozers against accused has thus assumed serious dimension during the last few years with gov- ernment claiming that action was being taken only against violators of rule of law. It all started during previous regime of Yogi Aditya- nath (2017-22) when the police started bulldoz- ers against land mafiosi and other criminals. Even the police used the machine for the surren- der of absconding crim- inals. The CM, earned his new tag of “Bulldozer Baba” after the heavy-duty machine meant for construction work started rolling out in various parts of the state against the prop- erties of criminals during previous BJP regime. Reviewing law and order situation after Friday clashes the chief minister has told the of- ficers that stern action against the perpetra- tors of violence should be taken so that none dares to commit such offence in future. AKHILESH CRIES INJUSTICE,MAURYA SAYS SP SUPPORTING RIOTERS Lucknow: The saffron brigade has epitomised the use of the bulldozer as a symbol of Yogi as a “strongman”. They have claimed that a strong man like Yogi could only resort to this mecha- nism to establish rule of law. The issue has also snowballed into major political controversy with BJP and main opposition Samajwadi Party sparring over police-led bulldozer action in Prayagraj, Saharanpur and other places. While DyCM Ke- shav Prasad Maurya has accused the SP of “sup- porting rioters” SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, attacked the BJP for disrespect- ing people’s right to democratic and peaceful demonstrations. Yadav said on one hand the BJP government had provided security to those responsible for vi- tiating atmosphere and on the other “Ravana roopi” (Ravana like) bulldozers were being used to trample “Ram Rajya” without any fair judicial trial. Maya slams razing of house of accused in Prayagraj Lucknow (PTI): Flaying the demoli- tion of the house of an accused in the Prayagraj violence case, BSP chief Mayawati on Monday said an atmosphere of “fear and terror” has been created and that the courts should take cognisance. The former CM also demanded that former BJP function- aries Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal, whose remarks against Prophet sparked protests should be arrested. In a series of tweets in Hindi, Mayawati said, “By targeting a par- ticular community, doing demolition us- ing bulldozer, other malicious aggressive actions, crushing the protest, an atmos- phere of fear and ter- ror has been created. This is unfair and un- just. The court must take cognisance of the faulty action of targeting the entire family by demolish- ing the houses.” Her remarks came a day after the Praya- graj Development Au- thority (PDA) demol- ished the house of the alleged mastermind of the June 10 vio- lence here amid heavy police deployment. The building map of the house of the ac- cused, Javed Ahmad, had not been approved by the PDA, according to an official of the agency. Mayawati fur- ther said, “The root cause of the problem is Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jin- dal, due to which the honour of the country was affected and vio- lence broke out, why no action has been initiated against them, and why the government ridiculed the rule of law? Not sending both the ac- cused to jail yet is grossly biased and un- fortunate. Immediate arrest is required,” she said. The BSP chief also said, “The govern- ment has disregarded rules, and carried out bulldozer demolition action in a hasty man- ner.” SP chief Akhilesh Yadav (R) Dy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya Bulldozers outside the house said to have been illegally built by Javed Mohammad. —FILE PHOTO BSP supremo Mayawati Akhilesh’s disgruntled allies may prove costly Gyanendra Kumar Shukla Lucknow: The cracks in the Sama- jwadi Party-led alli- ance had started emerging after the results of the assem- bly polls in UP. While these develop- ments have once again put a question mark on the SP’s ex- periments with the alliance, the displea- sure of the allies has also led to discus- sions about the pos- sible damages to Akhilesh’s party . • 11. THE COSMETIC BEAUTY AND SURGERY PLAY AN IMPORTANT PART IN MODERN WORLD. CITY FIRST BRINGS TO YOU THE INFORMATION ABOUT CURRENT PLASTIC BEAUTY STANDARDS! he medical industry is a c h i e v i n g f a n t a s t i c a c h i e v e - ments as a result of new inventions and tech- nical improvements. Plastic and cosmetic surgery is becoming increasingly popular among beauty enthu- siasts. Cosmetic sur- gery is a type of sur- gery used to improve a person’s look. It should be approached with prudence. Radiofrequency and laser facials are two popularplasticsurgery trends that enhance a person’s appearance. To learn more about the excellent cosmetic surgery trends for 2021, read the entire article and dive into each one to achieve a fabulous look. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Americans spent $16.5 billion on cosmetic surgery and minimal- ly invasive procedures in 2018. Chemical peels, microderma- brasion, wrinkle treat- ment injections, and other less invasive procedures are among the most popular. WHAT IS THE MAIN DISTINC- TION BETWEEN PLASTIC AND COSMETIC SUR- GERY? Plastic surgery focus- es on the reconstruc- tion of body and face deformities caused by burns, sickness, birth defects, trauma, and other factors. It’s de- signed to enhance malfunctioning re- gions of the body while also assuring a natural-looking re- construction. Cosmetic surgery, on the other hand, is a speciality of medi- cine that focuses on improving appear- ance through medical and surgical treat- ments. It can be worn on any portion of the body, including the neck, head, and other parts. In 2017, the United States had the largest number of cosmetic procedures in the world, with over four million pro- cedures. In the recent decade, the number of surgical and non- surgical cosmetic pro- cedures has surged in the United States. But these days South Ko- rea has become major hub of beauty prod- ucts and most pref- ered costemic surger- ical country. It has become sensation in South Korea since in the beginning of twenty first century. Which has made Ko- rea, the one country with highest rate of plastic surgeries in the world than any other country in the world, with more than 74 procedures per 10,000 people. A revised version of what huge multi- national labels had been delivering up to that point, suited to local tastes, revital- ised, and rich in var- ied influences, par- ticularly Japanese. And, because to this unique and inventive offer, the Land of the Morning Calm has lately surpassed France and the Unit- ed States as the world’s third-largest cosmetics exporter. PLATELET-RICH PLASMA (PRP) Continuous hair fall is one of the common problems faced by most of the world globally. And platelet- rich plasma is now considered a standard protocol for hair growth; the proce- dure involves inject- ing platelet-rich plas- ma from the body into the scalp to repair damaged hair folli- cles, that encourages thicker and fuller growth. The treatment’s mechanism of injec- tion protocols are be- ing demystified daily; this cosmetic surgery trend is continuously expanding. Adjuvant therapy to lasers and stand-alone injecta- ble is being used to gain traction and is expected to grow con- tinually in the up- coming year. HAIR TRANS- PLANTATIONS Hair transplantation is one of the signifi- cant kinds of cosmetic surgery , helping you to renew hair growth easily without any particular issues. Dur- ing the process, tiny hair follicles are col- lected from the back of the scalp, in the part where the hair tends to be denser. It’s ten transplanted using the minute incisions to those areas of the scalp that are afflicted by hair loss. Most patients need multiple sessions to achieve a fantastic re- sult as per their de- sire. After almost six weeks, the hair that was transplanted us- ing the surgery will fall, but it’s not the bothering one as new hair will grow in its place within three months. Individuals who want to leverage the advantage need to avoid smoking and to- bacco use simultane- ously, as it can affect the wound healing.
