logistics), development audit methodology and investigation audit. In my second year, I get trusted as
Section Head to managed General Transportation (TRAC) Services. The position facilitate me to open
discussion with Management Level (Regional Manager and COO) more often. Thus, Increase my ability
and my way of thinking about control and management concern for improvement and
recommendation. Besides, I develop two project improvement. First, continuous audit (surveillance)
as an early warning system and strengthen assurance control in business unit. Second, Whistle blower

Job Details:
In my first 2 months, I work under direct supervision from the senior document controller from head
office, I learn about civil engineering and construction document for project. My responsible was
receive documents/drawings from HO and distribute to each discipline at site. I used application
system to operate Quality Document Management System Program (QDMS) for update latest changed
of construction in field. In the third month, I had two staff to work with to monitor all documents by
make report regularly and work together with design engineer to provide the latest documents that
implemented in the field.
