trade compliance, non-voice technical support, global order management, freight audits and more.
Senior Team Lead: March 2015 to till date
1. Was responsible for managing Documentation and SO-Logistics process on day to day basis
2. Publishing daily, weekly and monthly dashboard to management
3. Was responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly process review presentations
4. Prepared and updated SOP for both the processes mentioned above
5. Prepared training material for new joiners and also for refresher training to the tenured
associates

1. Was part of team that travelled to USA for transition to get trained on the below.
