Responsibilities
1. Career Development planning such as;
1.1. Provide advice and assistance with writing job list, skill list, skill target and staff
performance evaluations
1.2. Provide support to Manager to design Career Development Activity for drive all
departments making their Functional Training Road Map and Functional Training Plan
which supported with Company's Policy.
1.3. Provide support to Manager to design development tools and training system.
2. Training and skill development such as;
2.1. Provide conduct the Common Technical Education to develop knowledge and skills
new engineer such as Technician class room training, Factory tour, Factory Training
etc.
2.2. Being a trainer in some core competency training course such as Time management,
PDCA, KAIZEN, Hou Ren Sou, Understand Japanese Thinking, Trust and Respect for
new engineers.

3.1 Design learning management system (E-Learning) on the Intranet

materials.
3.3 Follow up Committee Activity about their work progression.

4.1. Manage and Control Probation Evaluation program for new staffs attendance, checking
security rule and Explain probation evaluation method to direct supervisor for making
probation document and interview.
5. Training report for tax reduction
5.1. Summarize training expense, agenda, attendee signature to make training Report to
Department of Skill Development (government officer) for get tax reduction
