Descripción de la ofertaBuscamos un Director para un complejo hotelero posicionado en el sector deportivo. Entre sus instalaciones destaca un Centro de Alto Rendimiento con numerosas piscinas, campo de golf y un Balneario
Funciones
-Elaboración del plan de negocio y estratégico y responsable de su cuenta de explotación.- Liderar reuniones con la propiedad, arquitectos, obras, asesores para puesta en marcha, participación en el diseño conceptual.- Realizar el cronograma de la puesta en marcha, construir el viaje del cliente, establecer horarios de apertura- Elaboración de las cartas de servicios y fijación de precios, establecimiento de márgenes de cada servicio, - Elaboración de políticas y manuales de operaciones para el personal, creación de la estructura organizativa, selección equipo directivo y de base, formación e inducción del personal, liderar equipo humano, resolver conflictos laborales para más de 400 pax.- Selección y Negociación con proveedores, tomar decisiones sobre equipamientos de inversión y material consumible.- Elaborar el plan comercial y marketing, - Elaboración de paquetes para turoperadores - Elaboración de presupuestos del ejercicio y control de desviaciones- Gestión diaria de la cuenta de explotación
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)- Formación Superior y haber cursado un MBA en dirección de Entidades Deportivas- 5 años de experiencia como director de hoteles o centros deportivos- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos- Buen nivel de Inglés.
