• Our Strategy is simple, we work to the needs of the
market.
• We exhaust all avenues to ensure equal opportunities
in the UK are achieved, however when these cannot be
met the shortfall in requirements still exists. So we
think outside the box.
• Thinking outside of the box has allowed us to create a
route to market which enables meeting the resource
requirements of both private and public sector medical
recruitment a reality.

• Recruitment – Primary focus in this area in a nutshell covers the recruitment of
Nurses, Doctors and ancillary staff in all capacities.
• Consultancy – Our consultancy solution covers areas such as CQC Advisory, Public
and private sector development and growth, Staff Retention methodologies.
• Compliance – All compliance is conducted to CQC standards.
• Pastoral and Professional support – We understand that there are barriers and
elements of risk when hiring outside of the UK. We have processes in place to ease
these concerns, such as: Buddy Systems, Training, rigorous reference checking at
three individual stages of the engagement process, initial accommodation and a
candidate relationship manager who acts as a first point of contact for candidates
once they have been placed with a client. We have found the above procedures
increase staff retention by working closely with our clients.
• Dedicated Account Management – Our approach to recruitment is geared
towards relationships, in order to maintain client satisfaction and business
longevity we provide each client with a dedicated point of contact.
