PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am looking for a career which offers me the opportunity to develop new skills while strengthening
those I already possess.
My degree in Law has enabled me to develop good organisational skills, an analytical/logical
approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure. I am able to work well both on my own
initiative and as part of a team. I have substantial experience of conducting internet legal research,
including use of packages such as LexisNexis & Westlaw. I also have strong IT capabilities, fully
conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and have conversational ability in Urdu and
basic in Japanese.
My main strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to get a job done as proven
by my varied work experiences in Law and sales. I try to learn something new from every experience
because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally.
