A HOTEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IS A
SYSTEM THAT SIMPLIFIES A HOTEL'S
OPERATIONS BY AUTOMATING THEM.
IT COVERS MINOR TO MAJOR ASPECTS OF
HOTEL MANAGEMENT VIZ. RESERVATIONS,
FRONT-OFFICE, BACK-OFFICE,
HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE, GUEST
MANAGEMENT AND EVEN BILLING.
4. Purpose of
management
The main purpose of my exercise is perform each Employee’s
activity in computerized way rather than manually which is
time consuming .
The entire activity is to automate the process of day to day
activities of Hotel like
Ø Room activities very safely,
Ø Assign a room according to customer’s checkout of a
computer and
Ø Releasing the room and finally compute the bill in short time
