2. INTRODUCTION
 The Green Top hotel is one of the fastest-growing hotels in the region. This
hotel demands a specialized hotel management system to ensure efficiency,
customer satisfaction and increased revenue. The purpose of this proposal is
to present a hotel management system project, which is developed by using
Visual Basic.

3. PURPOSE
 The main purpose of my exercise is to perform each Employee’s activity in
computerized way rather than the manually which is time consuming.
 The entire activity is to automate the purpose of the day to day activities of
the hotel like;
 Reservation Management
 Front desk management
 Housekeeping Management
 Inventory Management
 Billing and Accounting
