2. INTRODUCTION
The Green Top hotel is one of the fastest-growing hotels in the region. This
hotel demands a specialized hotel management system to ensure efficiency,
customer satisfaction and increased revenue. The purpose of this proposal is
to present a hotel management system project, which is developed by using
Visual Basic.

The main purpose of my exercise is to perform each Employee’s activity in
computerized way rather than the manually which is time consuming.
