Forging a Good Character of Workers
A good character means something related to how the workers think, act, speak,
respond to something and some experts consider good character related to their
gestures.
The most common way to see whether a worker has a good character or not, is to
assign him to solve problems. A good character’s worker always take a positive
thoughts, a positive actions, a positive talks, and a positive responds while facing
problems.
The bigger problems faced, the more chances to see real character of the workers.
Even when he did it unsuccess which the problems is still, doesn’t mean that he have
no good character. The important assessment is emphasized on how he took a
responses rather than the result itself.
So, the question is now, how to get a good character on workers? Is it a gift? Or must
to be forged? If it must to be forged, the next question is how?
Artificial character,first imppresion when we hear it, it sounds mildly negative..”an
artificial characters” means not natural, it’s not a gift. It is made of course by a
process.
A process means it tooks time to build characters of workers. The most common way
to build characters of workers is to have a rule. There are nothings in the world run
without rule. Even the most natural phenomenons run with certain rule.
Discipline is a basic good character that all workers must to have. Discipline to obey
the rule show us a good character. A system of reward and punish is a necessity to
educate the workers.
The effective system of reward and punish must to be based on a goodwill of
management. Reward and punishment is took to educate not to spoon-feed nor
destroy the workers.
Reward can form in many ways, the most simple is a declaration of employee of the
month, which related to a bonus, a gift, or a shopping voucher in other side could be
increased to a promotion to higher level, Many others form of reward could be found
on many literatures.
Otherwise,we only have limited form of punishment. We must to take it carefully.
Wrong punishment drives to wrong result that we want to avoid. Effective
punishment is a social punishment. Social punishment is harder than any punishments.
we must to avoid to put some amercements to a worker due to their mistakes. An
amercement could be worked well in a society but not in a company or a manufacture.
If you want to educate your worker don’t put any amercement to them. I choose to
give a warning letter rather than an amercement.
When we give punishment to a worker, make sure that he understands why we give
him a punishment. And make sure he understands what we want, what we don’t want.
Tell him that we are expecting he will fix his mistakes in the future, we also can tell
him all the impacts of his mistakes,for an example: the loss, the delayed shipment,
injured partner. Emphasize all the consequences that he will receive in the future if
the same mistakes are repeated.
Make sure that our punishment system doesnt against local law,in where our company
operates.
A consistant repetition of reward and punishment above is one of our effort to forge a
good character of our workers. There are many other efforts such as a training of
workers, a leadership gathering, a recreation programs. Humors also could take some
effects to forge a good characters of workers. Creating a good atmosphere on working
environment is a key to forge a good character, a good characters encourages a good
atmosphere, so did next.
Hope the best for workers. Create a goodwill to forge the characters. Then we will see
their feedback to make an improvement, high productivity, excellent team work,
loyalty, all the positive feedbacks on our company.

If it must to be forged, the next question is how? Artificial character,first imppresion when we hear it, it sounds mildly negative..”an artificial characters” means not natural, it’s not a gift. It is made of course by a process. A process means it tooks time to build characters of workers. The most common way to build characters of workers is to have a rule. There are nothings in the world run without rule. Even the most natural phenomenons run with certain rule.
  • 2. Discipline is a basic good character that all workers must to have. Discipline to obey the rule show us a good character. A system of reward and punish is a necessity to educate the workers. The effective system of reward and punish must to be based on a goodwill of management. Reward and punishment is took to educate not to spoon-feed nor destroy the workers. Reward can form in many ways, the most simple is a declaration of employee of the month, which related to a bonus, a gift, or a shopping voucher in other side could be increased to a promotion to higher level, Many others form of reward could be found on many literatures. Otherwise,we only have limited form of punishment. We must to take it carefully. Wrong punishment drives to wrong result that we want to avoid. Effective punishment is a social punishment. Social punishment is harder than any punishments. we must to avoid to put some amercements to a worker due to their mistakes. An amercement could be worked well in a society but not in a company or a manufacture. If you want to educate your worker don’t put any amercement to them. I choose to give a warning letter rather than an amercement. When we give punishment to a worker, make sure that he understands why we give him a punishment. And make sure he understands what we want, what we don’t want. Tell him that we are expecting he will fix his mistakes in the future, we also can tell him all the impacts of his mistakes,for an example: the loss, the delayed shipment,
  • 3. injured partner. Emphasize all the consequences that he will receive in the future if the same mistakes are repeated. Make sure that our punishment system doesnt against local law,in where our company operates. A consistant repetition of reward and punishment above is one of our effort to forge a good character of our workers. There are many other efforts such as a training of workers, a leadership gathering, a recreation programs. Humors also could take some effects to forge a good characters of workers. Creating a good atmosphere on working environment is a key to forge a good character, a good characters encourages a good atmosphere, so did next. Hope the best for workers. Create a goodwill to forge the characters. Then we will see their feedback to make an improvement, high productivity, excellent team work, loyalty, all the positive feedbacks on our company.
