1. Governance, Legal, Financing and Coordination:
o Strengthen one health coordination structures at all levels
o Advocate for sustainable financing
o Amend/revise animal disease and veterinary law,
quarantine and animal trade and movement regulations
2. Human Resources Capacity
o Strengthen human resource capacity for animal health
through short course and advance trainings (Masters)
o Recruiting and/or training of Subject Matter Specialists –
microbiologist, epidemiologist, virologist, histopathologist
3. Live Stock
