Board of European Students Of technology (BEST) -
is constantly growing, non-profit, non-political organization.
Since 1989, this unique student network provides
opportunities for communication, interaction and
cultual exchange among students all over Europe.
Currently the organization has 95 local groups
in 33 countries. BEST helps European students
to be involved at the international level,
know for a different European culture
and a possibility to work in an international team.
Our priority is to provide high quality services
for students all across Europe.
Thus, we bring together students,
companies and universities.

Our goal is to establish close communication
between companies and students by creating
the conditions in wich our participants will be
able to come up with efficient and
creative ways to solve various problems.
This year, for the eighth time, the local round
of European BEST Engeniering Competitions
will be held by local BEST Group Zaporizhzhya
on November 23 – 27th in Zaporizhzhya National
Technical University. Every year we gather
motivated youth of technical specialities
giving them an oppurtunity
to receive new knowledge in engeniering field,
to work on solving practical tasks
and reach their potential. As a result,
students receive practical experience,
which often missing while studying
at university.
The winners of the Local Round will n
ext compete at National Round of EBEC,
which this year will also take place in Zaporizhya,
where 2 winning teams will be determined.
Then, the winners of National Round
will participate in EBEC Final which
will take place in Belgrade, Serbia.

TEAM DESIGN
Solving analytical problems, research of
a certain object, problem or process,
presentation of the strategic model of
actions in a particular situation.
The tasks of technical or economic
nature are solved through discussions.
Companies may also provide
tasks for the competitions.
This category is all about modelling
or designing technical structures in
limited periods of time with
further results demonstration.
If a company is willing to provide
competition task for this category,
it can cover such fields of engineering as:
electrical engineering, electronics, hydraulics,
radio engineering and others.
