Based in Stanford Hill, Durban, Leaf Technologies sells an assortment of Office Automation equipment and supporting products. They
are the premier partner to Kyocera South Africa. They hired me as a Sales Rep. I am responsible for:
Sourcing new Customers. Continually looking for new clients through ‘çold-calling’ and the distribution of
business cards. I also use my existing network to acquire references across all industries in and around Durban.
Since starting I have acquired a key account for Leaf Technologies and have achieved majority of my weekly and
monthly targets.
Maintaining relationships with existing Client Base. I am responsible for the key account acquired which
includes continuous follows ups, quotations and managing delivery of products which falls outside my job
description. I also look after my entire client base with the same vigour and take responsibility over account queries
that may exist. These relationships are maintained due to the effect they have on monthly targets being achieved.
Formulating Quotations. Quotes and Quote logs are created and maintained. I am responsible for creating each
quote. Quotes are presented mainly with finance or rental options which involves working with factors and finance
rates, however products can be purchased outright as well.
Reporting on Quotes and Generated Sales. Calls, Quotes and Meetings are logged on the company CRM
system on a daily basis. These are readily available to senior management each day and are used as a feedback tool
during weekly meetings.
Creating innovative and customisable printing and automation solutions. Using all tools and products at
my disposal to find a Client focussed solution appropriate to requirements and client scope. This involves a deeper
analysis of what the customer actually needs to ensure a long term relationship ensues.

INTERESTS AND SKILLS
Event Planning: I am highly motivated and take joy from successfully planning and implementing events. In 2012 I
hosted a Nedbank Minute-To-Win-It event for Sportsman’s Events. Active Sports enthusiast: I enjoy team-based
activities, such as touch and contact rugby, which I follow closely and always have an opinion on. I also enjoy coaching
touch rugby (U17 KZN Boys Coach). About me: I am motivated, passionate and people oriented. I am organised
and always willing to take on new tasks, which makes me an extremely fast learner. I am hardworking, honest and I
take pride in everything I do. I am a problem solver who thinks on my toes and I deal with conflict in a mature way.
Playing team sports has enabled me to be quite the people’s person as I find that I am extremely friendly, bubbly and
outgoing.
