Associate Director (2008 – Present)
Responsible for a program that provides approximately a 100
individuals with disabilities the ability to be as independent as
possible. I was responsible for making first impression with
family members and marketing Chrysalis as the very best
placement for their child. In addition, I overseen the direct
operations of thirteen residential homes, with each home having
three clients residing within each.
Key Contributions:
1. Made crucial decisions in regards to care and treatment of
individuals and communicated the decisions effectively
throughout multiple team members.
2. Responsible for hiring all managers and provided the
training and ongoing guidance for each. Carried out
terminations for subsatisfactory performance of
employees.
3. Managed 13-15 managers continuously while working as
an Associate Director.

managing representative payee accounts,holding and
conducting meetings, payroll, multitasking, crisis

Overseen the day-to-day operations of one single residential
program with 3 individuals by supervising, instructing, modeling,
and managing up to 10 direct support staff.

1. Responsible for maintaining a high standard for the
program, implement person-centered service plans,
ensure each client’s residential, medical, financial, and
recreational needs are met.
2. Creating staff schedules to ensure that there are
appropriate staff ratios and no overtime is occurring. In
addition to the schedule, making sure all staff trainings
are being fulfilled.
