my skills and experience in the industry. In the same token I believe that I would be great asset to your company
with my current work and school related experience.
Through my college experience I learned different software applications and languages giving me a better ability
to quickly grasp other software programs. I am also very familiar with the use of oscilloscopes, digital multi
meters and other electrical metering equipment. In addition to practical applications I have a vast knowledge of
electronic technology concepts including telecommunications.
At home depot I developed my customer service skills through customer interactions, guiding them in purchasing
the right equipment for their individual needs. I also followed regular standards for safe work operations in my
department. Lastly, keeping my department neat and organized in turn increased the sales from return customers.
Aside of developing my great customer service and electronics education I also have several years on experience
in the electrical construction industry working in both residential, commercial and industrial environments. I have
worked on projects from installing chandeliers and light fixtures in customer homes’ to rewiring power
distribution to factory machinery.
At my current position with Bell Technical Solutions I service Bell Canada’s customers by installing or repairing
phone, internet and TV service. We also contract out to 3rd
party companies to provide technical services for their
customer’s installs and repairs. Much of my experience at Bell is similar to the electrical field as I am making
electrical connections in the network, running new lines into homes and installing jacks. The best part is
troubleshooting with my Exfo Max meter to find issues in the line, isolating problems and finding solutions to
keep customers in service.
I hope the combination of all my experiences will add value to the current position.
