This company was founded in order that various experts in our industry have a way
to provide this specialized knowledge to the customers that require it.
This concept is unique in it’s ability to match the needs of our customers with the
expertise that is needed.
This team can also provide training for the engineers, project managers, and others
that may benefit from the long history and knowledge of the industry. CEU’s may

The goal is to provide an avenue for additional help to organizations that may not

•Our goals is to provide the highest customer value for what we offer.
•The pricing will vary widely depending on the type of service you require.
•Most of our offerings can be either fixed priced or time & material (T&M). There
would also be the opportunity for an annual contract that would provide a fixed
number of hours per month.
•D4 will always advise of any changes in pricing and will never charge “extras” that
have not been clearly defined and agreed to in advance.
•As a small company, cash flow is critical. We offer discounts to our pricing for
favorable payment terms.
