IITF is the largest integrated trade fair. It was the 34th launch of IITF. 44 students along with the administration head Rahul Sharma and Prof. Subramaniam travelled to the venue of IITF BY Delhi metro. They reached there by 12 noon. The students were divided into groups of 2-3 members and allotted different pavilions for the survey.

1. Students of Management colleges of Delhi Visited IITF
PGDMBatch 2014-16 visited India InternationalTradeFair (IITF) on 19Nov, 2014.
The visit was organised on a Wednesday, as Era Business School (EBS) observes all
Wednesdays as Corporateand Business Learning days it is AICTEapproved
colleges inDelhi.

students were divided into groups of 2-3 members and allotted different pavilions
for the survey.
Pragati Maidan was divided into different pavilions. Each hall was dedicated to
different fields such as business, social, cultural and educational dimensions. A
number of governmental organisations werealso represented so as to spread
awareness abouttheir programmes and the new policies.

2. Students were required to collect information about the allotted pavilions such as
textiles, jute, home and kitchen appliances, governmentsectors, real estate,
handicrafts, Agro ministry, and different states and countries. Management
colleges inDelhi Students gotto know about the marketing strategies of different
businesses. They also clicked photographs and captured videos with those
manning the stalls and pavilions.
Students were given the assignmentto submit a report of their visit and survey
and also prepare presentations of the same.
All together it was a fun visit with a large dose of practical learning for the PGDM
students of EBS that provides MBA programin Delhi.
