Satprit Duggal - Enlighted
Satprit Duggal is the Vice President of the Commercial Office vertical at Enlighted, Inc. A thought leader in the use
of Building IoT infrastructure, data and systems to transform workplace experiences, Satprit is responsible for
Enlighted’s Commercial Office go-to-market strategy and also manages various workplace-relevant solutions such
as Space, Enlighted’s application to produce credible facts for better CRE decisions.
Satprit has more than 20 years of experience in driving sustainable and profitable growth through the right mix of
commercial – marketing, innovation and sales – capabilities. In the past few years, he has developed the go-to-
market strategies for more than a dozen IoT solutions in smart buildings, asset performance management and
operations optimization for Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Aviation and
other industries.
John Graaf - CBRE
John Graaf leads CBRE’s Strategy and Planning organization for McKesson Real Estate. A visionary in this space, he
is an expert in developing portfolio strategies which support McKesson’s long term goals as they pertain to space
utilization. Currently, his team is responsible for McKesson’s office portfolio of more than six million square feet.
An industry veteran, John has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE). Prior to working at
CBRE, John spent 5 years in CRE with Sprint. He began his CRE career in finance and reporting, eventually leading
the financial analysis functions. He continued within the Operational Excellence function and focused on process
improvement and analytics, attaining his Six Sigma green belt. Ultimately John helped manage the outsourcing of
the CRE function to CBRE, eventually joining CBRE to lead the planning function.
