 Tempe Police fails at ASU community, the Tempe Police Department
has since quite a while ago touted its "insight drove policing"

 On the other hand, the main problem with the solution described is
community policing that describes the collaborative effort among the
department of police and the community by proposing the problem of crime
and the disorders and which involves the elements that are included in the
community for searching the solutions to the specified problems.

Furthermore, the police departure of University of Arizona is good at
this aspect. They provide a secure atmosphere conducive to the education,
research, employment and daily lifestyles of the University Community;
deliver high-quality, efficient, professional, and consistent services to all
University of Arizona students, faculty, staff, and visitors; and proactively
build and strengthen community partnerships and engage the community
through education and awareness to reduce crime.
Solve the Problem
To solve the problems and issues that are described by the problem of
Tempe police failure, for the office of equity and inclusion the informal
resolution fro the specified problem may be appropriate. The resolution
process will not be applicable for the complaints of sexual harassment.
With the help of solutions I had provided will be helpful to overcome
the problem of the Tempe police. ASU directors are attempting to find
whoever is in charge of slamming the school's PC system, bringing on
broad issues for understudies and staff. The system was overwhelmed with
information a week ago, by somebody hoping to crash the school's PC
framework.
