Employee can submit his resignation and start with the Exit Process using
Employee Self Service Portal

Resignation details including his/her notice period, last working date and
additional remark to process the exit process
Once employee submits his Exit form, the application will be routed to his
reporting manager / HoD based upon client’s workflow

Approval of Exit process: Reporting manager will be notified through Email
for Exit request Approval, Approver can see all pending as well as
processed exit request

Exit form, and accordingly approve /reject the application

through email alerts

Direct Separation (without online Workflow) :
HR / Reporting manager / HoD can Initiate the Exit Process and specify
Payroll parameters (Pay / Hold etc).
