Courses for major, co-major, minor, and any related hours must be taken in the
Standard Letter grade mode.
Students may change between Credit/No Credit and Standard Letter during the
first 20% of the course.

Dropping or withdrawing from a course:
● Drop during first 20% of the course = no grade on transcript
● Withdraw after first 20% of the course, but before 60% = “W” on transcript
● After 60% of the course, a student may no longer withdraw unless approval is
gained via a petition process.
Repeating courses:
● Consult an academic advisor before you decide
to repeat a course.
