GOALS
Improve PCCW internal communication to
develop a more cohesive group:

•Create online/social media vehicles that enable
PCCW members to connect with PCCW in real
time.
•Develop strategies to ensure that PCCW
members not on-line are kept up-to-date and
remain engaged with the PCCW community.
GOALS
Better establish PCCW brand within and outside Cornell as
thought leaders in and important contributors to women’s
leadership:

•Draw attention to scholarship and grant recipients’ successes as
a means of demonstrating PCCW’s positive impact on Cornell
women students' and faculty members' careers.
•Enhance the visibility and prestige of PCCW grants to Cornell
junior faculty as a means of further augmenting their value
(beyond financial support) to grant recipients and increasing the
visibility of PCCW.
•Highlight the accomplishments of PCCW members to a broader
Cornell and external audience, particularly as they relate to
women's leadership.
