Hildebrandt Learning Centers, LLC is a leader in developing and managing employer/organization-related early learning
centers in Pennsylvania, and the middle-Atlantic region of the United States.
Hired for the newly created role, Enrollment Specialist (June 2013) which evolved to current position of Manager,
Marketing and Sales/Enrollment. As a member of the HLC Management Team, tasked with leading and managing all
marketing and sales/enrollment efforts for all 45 HLC locations. These efforts include but are not limited to: responding to
inbound communications, managing Childcare CRM database, supporting new center openings, creating marketing
strategies, developing marketing materials and advertisements, daily management of website and social media pages,
planning expos, including logistics, and center support.
Sales/Enrollment:
Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for HLC’ mission, values and philosophy
Proactively manage the enrollment pipeline for prospective families by assessing their childcare needs and
promoting HLC; respond to inbound calls and e-mails, outbound communication
Lead the implementation and roll-out of new CRM tool to manage all enrollment inquiries
Responsible for tracking and distribution of all incoming leads - approximately 5,000/year
Evaluate key business metrics to ensure centers are meeting or exceeding enrollment projections
Marketing and Strategy:
Develop company marketing and center specific strategy and execution - yearly budget $175,000
Develop and lead strategic planning regarding print (i.e. direct mail) and digital (i.e. email campaigns and Google
AdWords, Facebook Ads, web banner ads), referral building, and other marketing strategies enabling center
growth
Developed, liaised with graphic design team, and managed the execution of marketing collateral, including center
specific brochures, advertisements, billboards, Smartlite advertisements, and rack cards for new and existing
centers, while ensuring target positioning and adherence to brand guidelines
Create graphs, spreadsheets, charts, graphic images, etc. to visually demonstrate collected data in CRM,
MailChimp, and Google AdWords and other marketing / enrollment tools
Create corporate e-newsletters through MailChimp and track results to identify campaign success and parent
trends to drive or alter company’s internal marketing plan – distribution 7,400 per month
Manage marketing budget; ensure timely communication of and seek approval for unplanned projects or overages
Conduct market research and analysis to determine appropriate media outlets, stay current on industry trends,
evaluate competitor strategy and communicate best practices in order to recommend and execute new and
effective programs, as well as internal process improvements
Establish relationships with national, state and local media outlets, publications and blogs to obtain information
about sponsorships and advertising
Manage over 30 individual Google AdWords Express campaigns
Website Development / Management:
Managed the in-house development and deployment of two new company websites
Maintain websites to keep information current and relevant
Manage all company social media pages
Expos:
Oversee the yearly calendar of childcare expos, career fairs and public events
