2. Key Responsibilities:
1) To release schedules on suppliers as per production plan.
2) Follow up for Dispatch of materials with vendors & Confirming deliveries at Site.
3) Assumed the responsibility for reviewing vendors daily work progress, rejection, quality
improvement and cost reduction.
4) To monitor and achieve customer satisfaction.
5) Handling new parts review & deliver the sample as per time plan.
6) To release the supplier payment on monthly basis.
7) To plan and review Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production.
8) Preparation of Business plan / Projections / Forecasts.
9) To define and analyze assortments of finished goods across several product lines,
warehouses and Business Units.
10)To pro-actively produce data analysis to optimize the order line coverage per product line,
per warehouse location, per customer.
11)To prepare data analysis of inventory aging and type (high runner/slow movers) to assist
decisions on excess and obsolete items for sell-off activities.
12)To work in close cooperation with the Materials Planning, Inventory control
13)To update master data and monthly reports about DOH, Excess & Obsolete, and Order Line
Coverage metrics.
