– Friendly, live operator call center is trained 
to collect the necessary information to 
qualify the lead and set an appointment. 
– Enters the data that immediately feeds into 
the Online Dashboard, allowing dealers 
real-time access to their registered

TrafficTrackers provides 
vital information before, 
during and after a sales 
event.
Before the Sales Event 
• Target audience receives the direct mail 
piece with unique PIN#. 
• The prospect has the ability to register for 
the event with the Live Call Center or on 
the Audience Verification Page. 
• All registrations and data are updated in 
real-time and available to the dealer on the 
TrafficTrackers Dashboard. 
• Dealer can use collected data (phone 
and/or email) to confirm appointments.
During the Sales Event 
• Check-in people who have registered with 
the Live Call Center or on-line. (Manually 
or with Bar Code Scanner) 
• Register “walk-in” traffic with or without the 
mail piece. (Manually or with Bar Code 
Scanner) 
• Add/update notes on registered guests. 
• Print out current log for sales and 
management staff – allows for “follow up” 
activity.
After the Sales Event 
• Update notes on individual customers. 
• Export data into Excel for reporting and 
analytical purposes. 
• Upload newly acquired customer data 
into your existing in-house database. 
• Begin planning your upcoming 
marketing campaigns based upon real 
data instead of “gut feelings”.

The following pages will walk through the 
various screens of the TrafficTrackers system. 
The Audience Verification Page screens show 
how customers register and set appointments. 
The Online Dashboard screens shows how end-users 
will utilize the system.

This page can be 
printed and the 
data can also be 
exported in Excel

The Master Log can be edited by simply clicking on the record that you want to edit. 
A bar code scanner can also be used to check in appointments as well register new 
customers who received a direct mail piece.

By using the “TRANSFER” button, you can add walk-in traffic for customers who did 
not receive a direct mail piece/PIN#.

TrafficTrackers collects data that is also crucial to future marketing campaigns. The 
“EXCEL” icon allows the displayed data to be exported in Excel format. This data can 
then be imported into systems or used for reporting and analytical purposes.

Product Overview Live Call Center – Friendly, live operator call center is trained to collect the necessary information to qualify the lead and set an appointment. – Enters the data that immediately feeds into the Online Dashboard, allowing dealers real-time access to their registered customers.

Before the Sales Event • Target audience receives the direct mail piece with unique PIN#. • The prospect has the ability to register for the event with the Live Call Center or on the Audience Verification Page. • All registrations and data are updated in real-time and available to the dealer on the TrafficTrackers Dashboard. • Dealer can use collected data (phone and/or email) to confirm appointments.
  • 10. During the Sales Event • Check-in people who have registered with the Live Call Center or on-line. (Manually or with Bar Code Scanner) • Register “walk-in” traffic with or without the mail piece. (Manually or with Bar Code Scanner) • Add/update notes on registered guests. • Print out current log for sales and management staff – allows for “follow up” activity.

After the Sales Event • Update notes on individual customers. • Export data into Excel for reporting and analytical purposes. • Upload newly acquired customer data into your existing in-house database. • Begin planning your upcoming marketing campaigns based upon real data instead of “gut feelings”.
  • 12. Guided Tour The following pages will walk through the various screens of the TrafficTrackers system. The Audience Verification Page screens show how customers register and set appointments. The Online Dashboard screens shows how end-users will utilize the system.
  • 13. Audience Verification Page Initial screen where customers will enter their PIN# from their direct mail piece.
  • 14. Audience Verification Page Customers are asked to confirm or change their name so correct information is collected.
  • 15. Audience Verification Page Customer is given the dealership information and asked to schedule an appointment and provide their contact information. This information is immediately updated in the TrafficTrackers system for the Dealership to access. As an option, an online credit site can be added at no additional charge.
  • 16. Online Dashboard This is the initial login screen where agencies and/or dealerships enter their credentials to access their events.
  • 17. Online Dashboard At this level, agencies or dealer groups can select the specific dealership.
  • 18. Online Dashboard Dealerships can have multiple events stored in TrafficTrackers so they are asked to select the specific event date.
  • 19. Online Dashboard These graphs may change depending on event details – this particular event utilized multiple types of direct mailers. This is the Online Dashboard page that provides a snapshot of the event details – all in real-time.
  • 20. Online Dashboard This is the Master Log screen that provides the details on customers who have registered for the event. This page can be printed and the data can also be exported in Excel format.
  • 21. Online Dashboard The Master Log can be edited by simply clicking on the record that you want to edit. A bar code scanner can also be used to check in appointments as well register new customers who received a direct mail piece.
  • 22. Online Dashboard By using the “TRANSFER” button, you can add walk-in traffic for customers who did not receive a direct mail piece/PIN#.
  • 23. Online Dashboard TrafficTrackers collects data that is also crucial to future marketing campaigns. The “EXCEL” icon allows the displayed data to be exported in Excel format. This data can then be imported into systems or used for reporting and analytical purposes.
