Philosophy & Design Goals
PostPay provides a complete description of defining the overall precincts, operative synergy and the reporting
modules of the Payout process atomization requirement of the Sales Support Unit (SSU) housed at the Head Office of
Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited.
The Web Application of Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited is designed to run on the DPHFL server and to
allow SSU to Organizing, Managing & Controlling the Sales Channel from signup, code generation & termination of
services, it also provide payout processing detail of Sales Channel & Reporting requirements for SSU, Accounts & MIS
fraternity.
The Web Application Support Parallel workflow linked to specific e-mails of relevant forwarding, recommending &
approving authority.
Moreover it provides an online signup form for the Sales Channel where they can submit there document online &
login to there relevant account for Transaction detail, Payout & other queries.
The data will be held in a Data Dump on the departmental server and it will be FINONE compliant upload files.

•The system will consist of DPHFL- Payout Processing Home page with other relevant selections:
•The first selection is to fill out a signup form for the Sales Channel where they can signup & submit there other
documents online. The signup process will ask the Sales Channel to select the option from APPLICATION FORM
for DSA/BUILDER DSA/CONNECTOR or BDO / TM and after they select the option the process will proceed in due
course.
•The second selection is the Payout section. The payout package is fixed for each class of sales channel depending
upon the merits of their relationship status and their reach & target volumes.
•The third selection is the Create Accounts Related Reports section which will pull out data from table to get the
details of the sale channels.
•The fourth selection is the Create MIS Reports section which will Access to the data table for capturing file
related
data.
•The fifth selection is the Parallel Workflow with Auto Mailing section which will Parallel workflow linked to
specific e-mails of relevant forwarding, recommending & approving authority

Ease of Use
The Web Application encompasses numerous Functions to automate the basic end-to-end Payout process and other
relevant process like Online Signup, Organizing and Managing & Controlling the Sales Channel.
This system has Inbuilt audit check points at each level from Channel Signup procedures to payout processing Month-
On-Month and BSM has the authority to make an attendance list for that in its login page a data calendar will be
provided where BSM can make the attendances. It will be completely web-based, linking to Data Dump and the
remote web server from a standard web browser. An Internet connection is necessary to access the system.
The Payout Processing Package web application will be operated from the Head Office of DPHFL server. When a sales
channel connects to the DPHFL Web Server, the DPHFL Web Server will pass the sales channel to the Departmental
Server. The Departmental Server will then interact with the Finnon through Data Dump, which allows the Windows
type program to transfer data to and from a database.
