A career that extends over 28 years of service Edmund provides IT leadership that can be best described as a passionatetechnology innovator
determined to deploy solutions that will simplify and automate business services. Edmund has been instrumental in expanding theState Street use of
disruptivetechnologies that breaks down IT pillars of technology with service oriented products that automateIT services using the latest
orchestration software. Theservice oriented cloud strategy will allow theexpansive State Street technology stack to properly align to the business
units’capabilities and strategies. Thedelivery of lean and efficient technology solutions coupled with sound business processes and delivery methods
have been the cornerstone of success with State Street. State Street IMS West (Investment Managers Solutions West) provides IT solutions to other
investment management firms, the largest being PIMCO (Pacific Investment Management Company) on a global scale. Edmund supportsand

Edmund was recruited to serve as theIT Director of the MacsteelUSA to use previous applied transformation techniques to invigorate operations that
was in need of improved technology innovations, process redesign, and strategic infrastructureleadership. Edmund led the company through an IT
transformation that resulted in a fully automated and simplified infrastructure footprint delivering significant cost savings and efficiencies throughout
the business with fully developed technology and business plans. The end result was an operation that provided self-service cloud capabilities
(privateand public), an infrastructure that was managed with a reduced staff and budget, in addition to a service oriented view into the enterprise
enabling just in time investment strategies for the business. Edmund led efforts to converge and migrate four datacenters and transformfrom a
physicalserver and storage infrastructure to an automated cloud solution with early adoption of the HP cloud matrix architecture. The infrastructure
transformation resulted in significant up time and application performance improvements at all branches nationally.

managing IT operations that went from disparateand isolated computing environments to one that was unified and aligned to business strategies.
Areas of significance that Edmund was responsible include reducing the budgets capital and operations expenses with a strategy to converge and

are largely due to an aggressive and pragmatic investment strategy to ensure technology continued to be an enabler to thebusiness growth strategies.
Early adoption of storage solutions includes VMware enterpriseconversion from physicalserver architecture, Netapp softwaresolutions such as
FlexClone and SnapMirror, and Data Domain de-duplicated backup solutions globally. Additionally Edmund managed an infrastructure budget of
approximately 3 million dollars annually.
