DR LISA LEWIS
‘Taking the ‘F’ out of Feedback’: an evidence-based relational approach to
creating powerful feedback’
Dr Lise Lewis MBA Chartered FCIPD. As EMCC International President Lise leads
an international multi-cultural team who bring diversity and sometimes
challenging individualism to strategic decision making for the organisation. Lise
actively contributed to the production of the EMCC Quality Award processes for
accreditation of individual mentors/coaches, mentor/coach skills training
programmes and coach supervision training. Lise was co-author of the first
published capability indicators underpinning the EMCC competency framework.
She is also a founding member of the Global Coaching and Mentoring Alliance (GCMA) in
cooperation with ICF and AC. In her own company Bluesky International founded in 2000, Lise
has extensive experience as a coach/mentor, supervisor and provider of internationally accredited
coach/mentor skills training and coach supervisor training. She is currently authoring a book for
business and coach/mentor practitioners based on her research into creating the conditions for
receptivity of feedback.
ALAN LYONS
‘The Emotionally Intelligent Coach’
Alan Lyons is a Registered Psychologist and holds a B.A., M.Sc., M.A. & MSCP.
He is a qualified coaching psychologist and a founding member of the Society
for Coaching Psychology within the British Psychological Society. Alan is also
the creator of InsideiChange.com a site dedicated to assisting individuals,
teams and Leader’s to implement the paradigm shifting ideas contained within
his bestselling book iChange. He is a MHS EQ-i 2.0 Master Trainer and delivers
coaching programmes globally in this role. Within his business psychologist
role Alan works internationally as a leadership coach, trainer and keynote
speaker. Alan is a partner at KinchLyons. He is also a recognised professional
member and accredited sport psychologist by the Irish Institute of Sport where
he works with high performance elite athletes. Alan designs and delivers coaching programmes
approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Alan has developed an acclaimed coaching
framework called ‘The Solution Turbine’ which is highly effective at unleashing leaders (and their
teams) toward high performance.

‘Improving Performance at AIB through Engagement Coaching’
Shane Barry - Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Allied
Irish Bank. Shane is an Organisational Psychologist and qualified Executive
and Leadership coach currently working on Allied Irish Bank’s award winning
Internal Communications and Engagement team. His passion for employee
engagement was lit when he learned that it can improve the overall quality of
employees' lives and makes for a better working environment while at the
same time improving business results. Shane most enjoys working one-on-
one with leaders who want to become less transactional and more transformational in their
leadership approach. His career highlight to date is helping AIB deliver the highest one-year
engagement increase that Gallup have ever seen in Europe, halving the number of disengaged
employees and trebling the number of engaged employees in the process.
LISA HUGHES
‘Enhancing Coaching Outcomes with Mindfulness and
Neuroscience’
Lisa Hughes is an executive coach and management facilitator and a specialist
in mindfulness. She is trained in MBSR, MBCT and medittion for personal,
team and business bottom line benefits. Her background and commercial skills
are in telecoms, digital marketing and the internet. Lisa has a passion for
weaving neuroscience and mindfulness through her coaching and facilitation
business connecting the contemplative practice with physiological, cognitive
and emotional impact on behaviours, performance and ultimately the
commercial bottom line for individuals, teams and organisations. Lisa is an executive coach and
management facilitator who excels at inspiring, motivating and challenging teams to ensure the
highest and most effective performance against objectives. She concentrates on developing
leadership and performance skills and capabilities thus enabling better decision making, faster
response, more efficient team work and collaboration.
PAULA MULLIN
‘Clarity, Confidence and Communication - the Heart of
Corporate Coaching’
Paula Mullin is an Executive and Communications Coach and provides Executive
Coaching for a wide range of corporate clients including Facebook, EY, Kerry
Group, Paddy Power and ARYZTA. Paula strongly believes that at the core of
any successful business are highly driven and motivated individuals with an
ability to effectively communicate to both their internal and external
stakeholders. Working with two of Ireland’s Leading Communications
consultancies, Murray Consultants and Drury, Paula has integrated her
Communications and Coaching expertise to provide a unique offering to clients. She also coaches
senior executives on dramatically improving their communication skills for new business pitches,
company presentations and media opportunities in companies such as Ericsson, AON and Maples.
At IMI Paula is Programme Director for key Programmes where she also delivers a number of
Communications modules and facilitates on the Diploma for Executive Coaching. Paula was
involved in facilitating the initial stages of the nationwide competition ‘Your Country Your Call’ in
Áras an Uachtaráin with Dr Martin McAleese and leading Irish business representatives.
