  1. présenter ce matin le cas d’une entreprise française, Favi, qui est à la fois originale et performante sur le plan social et économique.
  2. Cette réussite Favi explique qu’elle la doit à une triple approche de l’innovation.Tout d’abord grâce à son savoir-faire spécifiques consistant à mouler des alliages cuivreux au delà de 1000 C°, Favi a réussi une succession d’innovation de produits s’adressant à de nouveaux marchés depuis la période d’après guerre jusqu’à nos jours.D’abord Favi fabrique des compteurs d’eau et des produits sanitaires, puis à partir de la fin des années 70 des fourchettes de boîtes de vitesse, puis vers la fin des années 90, elle développe un rotor de moteur électrique qui permet d’améliorer la conductibilité électrique de 3 à 5 %. Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise est en train de lancer une nouvelle gamme de produit pour le secteurs hospitaliers, puisqu’ils ont développé des poignées de portes, des interrupteurs électriques en alliage cuivreux. Tout simplement parce que le cuivre a des propriétés antimicrobiennes reconnues depuis l’antiquité et permet de lutter contre les maladies nocosomiales. Pour plusieurs de ces produits, des opérateurs ont été impliqués dans le développement des nouveaux produits, en particulier le rotor de moteur éléctrique.
  3. Le second pillier l’innovation de Favi est l’innovation de process. L’ensemble des salariés de FAVI est impliquée dans la recherche d’amélioration continue et FAVI possède de multiples certification.
  4. Le 3 ème pilier de l’innovation est l’innovation dans le domaine de l’organisation du travail et la création du concept de mini usine.Comment
