To prevent falls from height at Villa Projects the following must be ensured: • Protect edges with standard guardrails and toe-boards. Guardrails shall be made of metal "tube & filling" scaffold, measuring not less than 60mm in diameter and shall be covered with debris netting. • Full body harness must be worn and anchored to an independent lifeline when working near the edges. • Permit to work must be obtained when working near the edges. • Risk Assessment must be conducted and approved before start of the activity. • Trainings on Work at Height, Pre-start briefing and Tool Box Talks must be conducted for all staff and workers. • Permit to work for concrete pouring will be completed for each villa before start of the activity for both day and night shift. • Full PPE must be worn at all times, including Hard Hat, Safety Shoes, High Visibility Vest, Gloves, Safety Glasses. • Don’t Walk By’s will be issued for any violations and the permit will be revoked until the unsafe condition/ act has been rectified.
